Tricone Engineers with its team of 150+ in-house professionals, they are involved with various projects offering design-build and contracting services for projects currently in Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai.

Tricone Engineers assists clients from land acquisition, design briefs and project handling; Design Services include Master Planning, Architectural, MEP services, structural engineering from our in-house and pool of renowned professional team, providing budgets, pre-construction and construction services.

What We Do

The simplest articulation of what we are is a “Design Build Contractor-Team”. The design build contractor is a “Single Entity” in contract with the client. It represents the Owner’s interests, and undertakes all the aspects of construction on their behalf.

  • The focus of Design-build is to streamline the Design-Bid-Build Process. This is done by combining the schedules of design, sanctioning and construction tasks. On creating simultaneous activities of various tasks, helps in reducing the time it takes to complete construction documents (like working drawings and specifications) acquiring sanctions for buildings and construction.
  • We as a Design-Build firm, work in collaboration with design and construction professionals to complete these tasks. With this kind of collaborative model, construction can begin before design is completed.
